Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at modista.closet@gmail.com within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with ACS Courier to resolve the issue.
Return Information
At Modista Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Items must be returned within 7 days of the pickup date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Process

Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the return authorization form. Ship the package using your preferred shipping method to the address provided by us.
Return Shipping Costs

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will guide you through the exchange process.If the requested item is not available, we will issue store credit instead.
Store Credit

Damaged or Defective Items
